Preparing International students for studies in France!

The Filipe distance learning program is intended for international learners of French who would like to continue their engineering studies in France so that they can:

The Filipe multimedia modules contain mini lectures with interactive exercises which are intended to be used in existing French language courses in foreign universities. They may also be adapted for use in autonomous learning situations.

Current modules are arranged according to thematic units so that the student can follow and understand oral courses in French according to their fields of interest. The student, however, must already have basic knowledge of the scientific content of the particular unit he chooses to study. These modules can be freely consulted and downloaded.

By whom?

A consortium of prestigious French Engineering Institutes, representing 25% of all yearly awarded « diplômes d’ingénieur » (Masters degrees in engineering) in France.

FILIPE members include the following French engineering schools:

The program is supported by the French Ministry of Education and Research. It is organised by several groups and committees of experts from each of these institutions.
